Hello and welcome!
So, you fully connect the receiver to the coax and the router? Open wiznet, and search, what happens?

server ip ( 0.0.0.0 ) port (65535)
operation mode (mixed)
Here is what I did next
found this post and tried this option
This worked for me maybe it will work for you. I tried multiple times and it worked every time with and without the channel list. I have tried skipping one of the steps below and it did not work. I have also tried using other files such as the 405 or 406 etc. in place of the 408 and it would not work. It will not correct the mac address and is like a work around but it will clear the fail to read mac error well again for me it did. Hopefully it will work for you.
1. Load the 263 or 264 depending on your iHub s/n via usb. After the 263 or 264 file loads and the receiver reboots you should see the adapter connect. Then load the 1.9 iHub file via wiz loader. Once this file has loaded close out the wiz loader. Next go into the ip config in the receiver and check to make sure your settings are correct for your connection. Next re enter or zero out the s/n and then save to exit. I tried it both ways with and without the s/n with the same result so it is your choice.
2. Next load the 408 beta file via usb. After this file loads and the receiver reboots the fail to read mac error should be gone and you will see the adapter connect. If this is the case then continue on to the next step.
3. Next load the newest release out which at this date is the 420 via usb. After this file loads you should not see the fail to read mac error and then you should see the adapter connect. If this is the case then you can reload the newest iHub file out via wiz loader which is the 2.2 and then close out the wiz loader. Then select for example channel 351,352 or 353 and wait a minute or two and see if you get picture. I hope this is not to confusing and hope it helps some out. Good luck.
Note: Once the above error is corrected it should not come back unless you have to reload an older file.
here was the results for that
OK, here is an update on my Ihub ..
I did a factory reset
Then I flashed with v0119p clean sys file.
Then I flashed with factory 110
Then I installed file 263 .
OK, Well that cleared the mac address issue up.
I can get into ip config ect everything looks great.
When I boot I get network adapter connect with no bad mac address error
Now the fun part, if I load 420 I get the mac address error followed by the network adapter conect message..
thanks for all your help.

Did you purchase our private service? If not, you should not be using private server YES option. It should instead be set to no.
Start with the factory file, then load bin 420, after that scan sats and basic setup.

If I load 420 I get the mac address error followed by the network adapter connect message..
now on file 263 if I load 420 I get mac address error
on 263 i have no option for private server at all just when i load a 400 file

Start with a factory again, load the first ihub release bin. Then input your serial number correctly. Save and exit, load the new 420 bin, let me know.
